Spacious and functional apartment with good washer. Easy access to city center and quayside. Enjoyed the excellent local restaurant nearby and the free parking was a bonus. No noise disturbances throughout the stay.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and needed some decorating. There were also some maintenance issues, such as paint falling off and stained ceilings.

The apartment was spacious and had free parking, which was a great convenience. The host, Lucy, was excellent and made sure to check in on us after our first night to ensure everything was okay. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed for our three-night stay. Despite some minor issues, we had a lovely sleep in the bedroom. The location was also good, despite some initial confusion upon arrival. we were happy with our trip.
There were some maintenance issues in the apartment, such as paint falling off, stained ceilings, and non-working light fixtures. However, these issues did not affect our stay.

We had a great stay at the peaceful apartment with private parking and easy walking distance to the city centre. the apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our three-night stay. the host, Lucy, was excellent and made sure everything was okay. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, although the bedroom was quite bright as there were no blackout curtains. we were happy with the trip and enjoyed the free parking and easy access to the city.

Spacious property with free parking. Excellent host. All necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Good location for city center and quayside. Quiet area. Good local restaurant. Easy access to Dartmoor.

had a great date night in exeter at a lovely spacious apartment with free parking. the host was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. location was convenient for walking to city centre and quayside.
